What are your business hours?
Monday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–8:00 PM. Office Cleaning is also available after hours by arrangement.
Are products and equipment provided?
Yes. Ha Long Bay Cleaning provides the products and equipment required for the agreed service.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices include GST. Final pricing is confirmed based on the agreed scope before booking.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is made after service completion. Bank transfer, cash and card are accepted.
What support is available after End of Lease Cleaning?
Where an eligible cleaning issue falls within the originally agreed scope, re-cleaning may be arranged within 5 days of the original cleaning being completed. Re-clean work under this commitment must be completed within that 5-day period. This support does not guarantee the return of a rental bond.
