1. Website quote requests
A website submission is a request for a quote. It does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. The process is Request Quote → Confirm Scope & Price → Customer Approves → Booking Confirmed.
2. Starting prices
Published “From” prices are starting prices rather than universal fixed prices. Prices include GST. Final pricing is confirmed based on the agreed scope before booking.
3. Confirmed public pricing
- End of Lease Cleaning: from $250.
- Regular Home Cleaning: from $55/hour, minimum 2 hours.
- Deep Cleaning: from $60/hour, minimum 4 hours.
- Carpet Steam Cleaning: from $50/room, minimum 3 rooms. Upholstery, sofas, rugs and mattresses are separately assessed and quoted.
- Office Cleaning: from $50/hour.
- Gardening: Request a Quote.
- Pressure Washing: Request a Quote.
4. Scope and additional work
The agreed service scope is confirmed before the booking. Work outside that scope requires separate confirmation and customer approval.
5. Products and equipment
Ha Long Bay Cleaning provides the cleaning products and equipment required for the agreed service.
6. Payment
Bank transfer, cash and card are accepted. Payment is made after service completion. Prices include GST.
7. Cancellations, rescheduling and service concerns
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an eligible cleaning issue falls within the originally agreed scope, re-cleaning may be arranged within 5 days of the original cleaning being completed. Re-clean work under this commitment must be completed within that 5-day period. This support does not guarantee the return of a rental bond.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing on this website is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
